Striplaminate with Red oak and Wenge strips and rectangle Wenge handle

Loyal 35 is an absolute beast of a flyer. It rips itself out of your hand and flies an almost horizontal path all the way around. No apex necessary for this one. It goes out about 60m+ which is one of the longer flight paths of all the boomerangs I’ve made. 

It came to life because of a handle experiment gone wrong. After some adjustments the rectangular handle came out great and has 4 brass pins in each corner for added weight. The trailing wing is decorated with brass tubes with black epoxy.
